Available equipment in the studio

Our studio is equipped with specialised machines for overlocking, hemming, binding, buttonholes, bartacking, ironing, and heat pressing, ensuring precision and efficiency in garment production.

Each machine configuration is tailored to specific fabric types and production needs, ensuring quality and efficiency in garment manufacturing.

3-Thread Overlock Machine

Creates a lightweight, clean edge for fabrics to prevent fraying. Finishing edges on lightweight or delicate fabrics

4-Thread Overlock Machine

Combines edge finishing with a sturdy seam. Sewing stretchable and knit garments like t-shirts, leggings, and swimwear. Provides durability for seams while maintaining flexibility

5-Thread Overlock Machine

Adds a chain stitch for extra seam reinforcement. Used for woven fabrics and high-stress garments like trousers and jackets. Ideal for industrial production where strong, long-lasting seams are required. Creates a safety stitch that combines an overlock and a straight seam

Baby-lock machine

Creates narrow rolled hems for lightweight fabrics like scarves or delicate garments, used for home decor items like curtains. Adds embellishments using decorative threads and specially stitches like wave stitches

Cover-stitch machine

Creates clean, professional hems on knitwear, such as t-shirts, leggings, and dresses. Allows for stretch in the hem, preventing breakage during wear

Binding machine

Attaches and finishes binding on raw edges of garments, such as necklines, armholes and hems, ensuring longevity.

Felling machine

These seams are formed by folding one edge of fabric over the other and stitching it down, enclosing the raw edges for a neat finish. Felling machines are critical in producing high-quality, durable seams in garments that require both functionality and polished aesthetics.

Regular Buttonhole machine and Keyhole buttonhole machine

Are both used for creating buttonholes in garments, but they serve different purposes based on the style and functionality of the buttonholes. Regular Buttonhole Machine Creates standard, straight buttonholes with a rectangular shape ideal for lightweight to medium-weight fabrics like shirts, blouses, and dresses. Keyhole Buttonhole Machine creates keyhole-shaped buttonholes, which are wider at one end to accommodate shank buttons. Common for heavy-duty garments like coats, suits, and denim. Perfect for fabrics requiring reinforcement due to stress, such as jackets and trousers.

Button attach machine

Enables rapid button attachment in mass production settings, improving efficiency in garment manufacturing.

Backtrack machine

Bartack machines are commonly used on garments that experience high stress or frequent movement, where extra reinforcement is needed. These include:

  1. Jeans and Denim – For reinforcing pocket openings, belt loops, and zipper areas.
  2. Workwear and Uniforms – To strengthen seams on pockets, cuffs, and other high-stress areas.
  3. Sportswear – In garments like athletic wear, where areas such as zippers, pockets, and stitching need extra durability.
  4. Outerwear – Coats, jackets, and other outerwear often require bartacks on pocket openings, cuffs, and zippers.
  5. Bags and Accessories – Bartacks are used on straps, handles, and closures for added strength

Industrial Ironing equipment and Heat press machine

Heat Press Machine uses:

  • For Transfer Printing: Applies logos, designs, or patterns onto t-shirts, caps, and other apparel.
  • For Fabric Bonding: Used for fusing layers of fabric together in products like quilts or technical garments.
  • For Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV): Applies vinyl decals and designs on sportswear, fashion, and promotional items.
